2) The Service
- The Service generates suggested responses to customer reviews using artificial intelligence.
- Free plan: limited daily uses.
- Premium plan: subscription via Stripe.
- No legal, financial, medical or regulated advice is provided.
3) Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for all content you input and publish.
- You must review AI outputs before use.
- You must comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
- No misuse, scraping, reverse engineering, spam or abuse.
4) Subscriptions & billing
- Premium subscriptions are processed by Stripe.
- By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly payments.
- You may cancel anytime via Stripe or by contacting us.
- Access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
- Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period begins.
5) Intellectual property
- The Service, branding and software are owned by Nick Hughes trading as Successential.
- You retain rights to your input content.
- You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service.
6) AI output disclaimer
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing and approving content before publication.
We do not guarantee accuracy, compliance, or business outcomes.
7) Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers including Stripe (payments), hosting providers, database providers, and AI model providers. Their terms may also apply.
8) Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
9) Limitation of liability
Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud or where unlawful to exclude liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, reputation, or indirect or consequential losses.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
11) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
